Scope of Services
Technical Solutions & Services executed a multi-phase electrical system study for the 33 kV Stockpile Substation forming part of the Dampier East Intercourse Island HV distribution network. The scope covered 33 kV, 3.3 kV, and 415 V systems, including substations, switchgear, MCCs, reclaimers, stackers, and associated auxiliaries. The services were delivered as a subcontractor to Sigma Power Services and comprised:
• Phase I: Short-circuit analysis and protection system assessment • Phase II: Arc flash hazard assessment • Phase III: Functional study and HV engineering submission, including switching scenarios, earthing system review, and Neutral Earthing Resistor (NER) verification All studies were carried out using DIgSILENT PowerFactory and were based on applicable international standards and client engineering requirements.
